UT Innovation and Collaboration Building

This multipurpose building for The University of Tampa houses a Starbucks coffee shop and lounge, cybersecurity classrooms and student study rooms on the first floor, a large study area, classrooms and faculty offices on the second floor, and a unique entrepreneur center on the top floor. The entrepreneur center includes a multitude of space types – classrooms, faculty offices, an executive lecture hall, a pitch room, a library area, a video conference room and several informal lounge areas. The spaces were designed to maximize flexibility, promote creativity but also reflect a professional upscale business environment. All finishes were selected with durability in mind, yet create a warm, rich environment.
