Tampa Port Authority

Tampa Port Authority Headquarters Building is a 78,000 SF four story office building. It was designed on the most important corner of the new Channelside District. The distinctive atrium houses a four-story globe that includes images of the ports history.

Cruise Terminal #3, Associate architect to BEA Architects of Miami. This terminal is the port of call for Royal Caribbean International Cruise Lines and can accommodate a 3000-passenger ship. The design of this state of the art facility has become the flagship cruise terminal for the Tampa Port authority.

Hookers Point Security Complex, is a two story security complex, office building and gate operations which oversees all transportation in and out of the port. This project is the first port security building that is a response to the federal mandate to secure the nations ports.
